Final Year Project

Designed and implemented a four-stage hybrid allocation engine processing 25 concurrent applications in under 5 seconds. Engineered role-based access control with server-side strict RBAC, BCrypt credential hashing, and JWT-based session management. Integrated Stripe Elements for PCI-DSS compliant payments and built a GPT-4o-mini conversational assistant grounded against a curated knowledge base. Delivered asynchronous event pipelines for SMTP email dispatch and PDF tenancy agreement generation.
